[openssl-users] FIPS: Simulating failure at run-time ?

Hello,

Is it possible to simulate FIPS failure at run-time, at any given time ?  Or
does OpenSSL have to start in failure simulation mode ?  Also, is failure
simulation a standard part of a normal, non-debug, build ?
