[openssl-users] FIPS errors

This is happening with all Linux distributions in OpenStack cloud instances
where OpenStack has been installed via Packstack on Centos 7 in a VMware
virtual machine. There don't seem to be any references to problems of this
nature on the forums.

$ sudo wget
