thanks all! Finally I got it!
the reason is that the libcrypto and libssl that I complie is not matched. oh my god! Then perhaps the copy of the file on the problem server is corrupted
somehow.  Or the OpenSSL libraries on the problem server are damaged.

I'm afraid you'll have to figure out how the servers differ.
