Maiising Daily Snapshots for 20210416

It seems a bit outdated nowadays to publish daily snapshots imho.

   https://www.openssl.org/source/snapshot/

Instead of maintaining those snapshots, couldn't we just advertise the GitHub download links?
Any branch or commit can be downloaded easily as ZIP or compressed TAR file, whatever you prefer.
