ungrade openssl 3.0.2 to 3.0.7

Hi Team,

I want to upgrade openssl from 3.0.2 to 3.0.7. I have downloaded 3.0.7 from
https://www.openssl.org/source and installed successfully. But, still it is
showing version 3.0.2.Please help. It's urgent.

My OS: 22.04.1 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)
