Setting OPENSSL_MODULES inside openssl. cnf file

Hi All,


     Is it possible to set OPENSSL_MODULES environment variable inside
openssl. cnf file?

Tried few ways but looks it's not working, like declaring at top

OPENSSL_MODULES =  $ENV::A/B
