CN error for OPENSSL FIPS enabled

Hi Team,

I am trying to connect to a MYSQL server with FIPS enabled from the ODBC
Driver. The issue I am facing is when trying to connect to server it's
throwing "SSL verification failed because the server host name specified
for the connection does not match the "CN" entry in the "Subject" field or
any of the "DNS Name" The same certificate is working fine when FIPS mode
is off. Are there any specific requirements in generating certificates when
FIPS mode is enabled  ?
