Help required on openssl 1.1.1s to openssl 3.0.7 upgrade - Encryption decryption failing

Hi

I have made upgradation in openssl from 1.1.1s to 3.0.7 in my application. After upgrade started getting issue - decryption failed. As per my observation some issue is with encryption.

Please help me with additional changes I need to make with respect to encryption for openssl 3.0.7.
