OpenSSL project is considering to close this mailing list

I think some other users here have given their view, and without having
read them all, I will also give my thoughts.

I would like to keep the mailing list, two places to collaborate isn't
a bad thing. One way works better for some folks, another way works for
other folks. 

Let open source be about choice also in this facet.
