I am attempting to generate a CSR so new security certificates can be issued and am running into the following error when the command to generate the .csr file is issued from the C:\OpenSSL-Win64\bin directory:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Bookman Old Style",serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Bookman Old Style",serif'>WARNING: can't open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Bookman Old Style",serif'>Unable to load config info from /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Bookman Old Style",serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Bookman Old Style",serif'>This is not a valid path on my Windows box…openssl.cnf resides in C:\OpenSSL-Win64\bin. I verified the system PATH is correct also.
