Hiya,

FYI: as always, slower than hoped for, but the ECH spec
has taken another step towards being an RFC just now.

If anyone on here hasn't read the thing before and has
an interest, now would be a great time to get a new set
of interested eyeballs on the text.

This is the working group last call for TLS Encrypted Client Hello [1].
Please indicate if you think the draft is ready to progress to the IESG and
