Build Update for openssl/openssl
-------------------------------------
Build: #3375
Status: Still Failing
Duration: 24 minutes and 15 seconds
Commit: d32f5d8 (master)
Author: Richard Levitte
Message: Restore OCSP_basic_verify() error return semantics
Recently, OCSP_basic_verify() was changed to always return 0 on error,
when it would previously return 0 on error and < 0 on fatal error.
This restores the previous semantics back.
