commit 48c1e15ceb2252e65ba63f93a7bf39c1d368f38f
Author: Dr. Stephen Henson <steve at openssl.org>
Date: Wed Apr 20 21:37:57 2016 +0100

makes it easier to extend.
Add bio, reencode and compare tests.
