The branch OpenSSL_1_1_0-stable has been updated

- Log -----------------------------------------------------------------
commit 2ac9a5e7cf9d720c35a13d52e12d0c50ce2d2f14
Author: Richard Levitte <levitte at openssl.org>
Date: Tue Feb 28 08:15:31 2017 +0100

Code cleanup: remove the VMS specific reimplementation of gmtime

This reimplementation was necessary before VMS C V7.1. Since that's
the minimum version we support in this OpenSSL version, the
    reimplementation is no longer needed.
