Build Update for openssl/openssl
-------------------------------------

Build: #7921
Status: Errored

Duration: 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 58 seconds
Commit: ba2efdc (OpenSSL_1_1_0-stable)
Author: Richard Levitte
Message: Clarify what RUN_ONCE returns

RUN_ONCE really just returns 0 on failure or whatever the init
function returned. By convention, however, the init function must
return 0 on failure and 1 on success. This needed to be clarified.
