commit 7216e9a20aee620d85185a6ddb8caa30f11f2192
Author: Richard Levitte <levitte at openssl.org>
Date: Tue Apr 30 10:33:55 2019 +0200

    Configure: process shared-info.pl later

The reason is that the shared-info attributes may depend on %disabled,
so we need to process all enablings/disablings first.
