    Android build: use ANDROID_NDK_HOME rather than ANDROID_NDK
    
    It apepars that ANDROID_NDK_HOME is the recommended standard
    environment variable for the NDK.
    
    We retain ANDROID_NDK as a fallback.
    
    Fixes #8101
