Build Update for openssl/openssl
-------------------------------------

Build: #28902
Status: Still Failing

Duration: 20 mins and 17 secs
Commit: 61cc715 (OpenSSL_1_1_1-stable)
Author: Richard Levitte
Message: Define AESNI_ASM if AESNI assembler is included, and use it

Because we have cases where basic assembler support isn't present, but
AESNI asssembler support is, we need a separate macro that indicates
that, and use it.
