Attached a git format-patch MBOX for 1.0.2 (on top of [6806b69]).
It boils anything down into two changesets (SSL_CONF_CTX and
pseudo protocols).  Remarks:

  - I've adjusted anything for SSLv2 (in the PODs, as OLDEST, in
    VULNERABLE).

  - s_client.pod and s_server.pod did not yet state that they
    support the SSL_CONF_CTX arguments, so i've added that (which
    s_cb.c seems to support already).

  - make && make test work, rest yet just installed.

Let me know if you want the same for [master] again.
