[openssl-dev] invalid certificate setup for mta.opensslfoundation.net

Kind of humorous that I get cert errors when connecting to 
https://mta.opensslfoundation.net/ URLs.  The cert itself looks to be very 
poorly formed (like someone who doesn't understand how to create certs set 
it up).
