[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4004] Patch resolving the issue

Dear all,

the attached patch solves the reported issue. With the attached patch all tests in
the test directory pass using openssl configured with sctp support.
Tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS X.
