[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4187] [Patch] Secure memory subsystem does not report actual size

Hello OpenSSL Organization:

This patch updates the secure memory allocator to allow callers to determine the actual size of the secure memory allocation. This can be used by applications to report accurate memory usage.
