[openssl-dev] Android 64-bit configure targets

Yes. Currently plan is to have generic android64 and then specific for
aarch64 and x86_64. I wish there was virtual machine image for x86_64...

I wonder what does it mean. I mean I'd like to hear more in order to
avoid possible pitfalls upon introduction.
