[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #3692] OpenSSL bug(s) && patch

Hi all,
I browsed the open bug list for a little while, but i didn't find this.

I've got 3 compilation errors on OpenSSL (details above) on Windows 32bit.
I didn't test it yet, but the first 2 errors (*size_t* being undefined
because of include order) will be reproducible at least on other Windows
configurations, while the 3rd one (which i consider a typo) will be
reproducible on all platforms/archs.

I am attaching a patch which applied gave me a working version:
