Fixed.

OpenSSL_1_0_1-stable a9ea906 RT3684: rand_egd needs stddef.h
OpenSSL_1_0_2-stable 872f91c RT3684: rand_egd needs stddef.h
master 5006c32 RT3684: rand_egd needs stddef.h

And on master, I removed the offsetof definition; kept it on the backport just
to avoid possible build-breakage.
