[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #3650] sha1-586.asm broken in 1.0.2-stable for Windows builds

This was already answered on <openssl-dev>, but despite the fact that ml
is not really supported, offer to have a closer look at what's upsetting
it still stands. I mean the suggestion to send few lines surrounding the
lines in question.
