[openssl-dev] logjam vulnerability -- changes to 0.9.8 version

Hi,

I could see that the changes for restricting the DH parameter size is done only to 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 branches of OpenSSL.
Will this be back ported to 0.9.8 branch as well?
