[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #3897] request: add BLAKE2 hash function (let's kill md5sum!)

As a SHA256 upgrade, I think Blake2s.  As a SHA512 upgrade, Blake2b.  The
parallel versions are interesting, but maybe harder to justify.  Maybe add
a generic parallel wrapper algorithm for hashing?  Does it have to be
specific to the hash code?
