[openssl-dev] OpenSSL version 1.0.2b released

The release notes mentioned and linked in all of the four release 
announcements still contain stale text:

The current release simply looks like

So all entries for todays releases are still missing.

Maybe it is on its way, but since the announcement was 2 hours ago and 
the pages are linked in them I thought I'd better let you know.
