Hi All,

  I am testing out a DTLS-SRTP webrtc call and running into following issue.

Even after DTLS client sends finished message DTLS server (openssl) doesnt
do
a state transition and send a change cipher spec , it still waits .

Attaching PCAP for your reference.Any idea what could be the reason.
