Hello Team,

I am testing my SSLClient with HTTPS IIS server. I could see Handshake failed.

When I checked the client hello packet, there is no psuedo cipher (SCSV)sent. I suspect this is the issue.

Can you please help me what flags or cipher suites I need to enable to send "tls_empty_renegotiation_info_scsv" pseudo cipher in Client Hello packet.

Regards,
Satish
