[openssl-dev] openssl 1.0.2 and openssl 1.1.0 Snapshots

Hi,

We had a disk that filled up during the weekend, the cause being a
couple of runaway log.  Cause fixed, logs cleaned away, that won't be
the cause of a disk fill-up again.

I will not try to recreate the flaky snapshots, and you may notice
that today's snapshots are (as far as I can see) complete.
