[openssl-dev] OCSP integration into TLS handshake

Has there been/will there be any development towards integrating OCSP checking into the handshake the way CRL checking is, along the lines of Alexander Komyagin's patch from 2012?

This would be very useful for easily getting OCSP checking into applications that do not currently support it.
