This question belongs on the openssL-users list, and even there
much more detail needs to be provided along with the question.
	
    * Compiling OpenSSL or using a precompiled version?
    * Which version?
    * Writing a program that use the API, or using the command-line tools?
    * What motivates this question?  What have you tried and what were the results?
