[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4665] Bug with OpenSSL 1.1.0 when path to Perl contains spaces

Haven't heard if this worked for you, John... the change has been reviewed and
is now merged into master and the 1.1.0 release branch, so I'll close this
ticket. If you have further problems, please report anew.
