[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4230] apps/speed.c does not handle ghash in the no-SIGALRM case

Fixed in master.

Nowhere 99.9999997% cares about. Originally it was used extensively on
Windows (i.e. among those majority cared about), but then even that
switched to equivalent of asynchronous alarm. Closing ticket. Thanks.
