[openssl-dev] OCSP_SINGLERESP_get0_id() accessor

since 1.1.0 API will be freezed soon, can you review the
following pull-request Remi posted some time ago:

Add an OCSP_SINGLERESP_get0_id() accessor to the OCSP_CERTID
of a OCSP_SINGLERESP
