[openssl-dev] Bug and PR: pkeyutl.c fails to work with keys that reside on a token (fix against master)

This fix is for a problem that existed in all the OpenSSL branches. For
1_0_2-stable it has been already fixed by the approved and merged PR #523.
This PR https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/548 is a port of it to the
master branch (and has been sitting there for a while :).

I’d appreciate a review and (hopefully) a merge.
