Apologies, apparently I already reported this problem ~5 weeks ago as RT4188. So, RT4188 and RT4265 are duplicates.

However, the latest pull request is : https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/582

I have a patch for this, I am just waiting for the RT to be created first.
