I got a request for accessors to:
- For OCSP_RESPID *rid:
  - rid->type
  - rid->value.byKey->length
  - rid->value.byKey->data


- For OCSP_BASICRESP *basic:
  - basic->certs
  - basic->tbsResponseData->responderId
