[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4398] BUG / 1.0.2g breaks CURL extension

Hello ! I build a release package with the suggested fix in github but php
wont load curl anyway. Any other suggestions ? I used MS VC2013 with NASM
when using 1.0.2 branch.

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'\php5\php_curl.dll' - Das Betriebssystem kann php[1912] nicht ausführen.
 in Unknown on line 0.
