[openssl-dev] What about DSA_SIG_get0 ? Was: ECDSA_SIG_get0() for const ECDSA_SIG *

Hello ,

Issue 4436 report only ECDSA_SIG_get0 but DSA is the same.
Perhaps  DSA_SIG_get0  could use constant signature pointer.
