[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #547] SSL_CTX_free messes with external session cache

This is a very old ticket, and SSL_CTX_free() has been worked on along with the
rest of the code. Closing this one, and if the issue still exists, I trust
someone will generate a new ticket.
