I did a 64 bit build of 1.0.2j on my solaris 10 box and to my suprise
the tests failed. Looks like an issue with bad_dtls_test.c

.........
$ dbx ./bad_dtls_test
For information about new features see `help changes'
To remove this message, put `dbxenv suppress_startup_message 7.6' in your .dbxrc

(dbx) run
Running: bad_dtls_test

Reading libc_psr.so.1

Current function is main (optimized)

Except for that, the tests are fine.
