[openssl-dev] wiki update for enc command

HI, 

 

FYI, the page at https://wiki.openssl.org/index.php/Manual:Enc(1) read
options –salt and –nosalt twice.

 

I believe it would be better to remove the first –salt section and the
second –nosalt section.

 

Also the statement in the NOTES : “When the salt is being used the first
eight bytes of the encrypted data are reserved for the salt” is wrong.

It’s a 16 bytes header including the ‘magic’ “Salted__”.
