[openssl-dev] Google OSS-Fuzz reward

Google awarded us 1000 USD for the initial integration with
OSS-Fuzz. See https://opensource.googleblog.com/2017/05/oss-fuzz-five-months-later-and.html

I have asked Google to donate it to European Digital Rights (EDRi,
https://edri.org/). Google doubles the amount if you donate it to
a non-profit organization, so they should be receiving 2000 USD.
