[openssl-dev] Patch for iOS compilation failure on Xcode 9 / iOS 11 SDK

[Chris Ballinger]

"-fomit-frame-pointer" is no longer allowed for armv7 targets, so I removed
it from the iphoneos-cross configure target. I noticed this
on openssl-1.0.2l.
