    Yes, exactly. The idea was we assess everything and mark ones to be
    addressed for 1.1.1. Any of those should be closed by the time we release.

That was not clear to me from the description.  So you mean this?
	We will review all open issues created more than two weeks before the release date, and any tagged for 1.1.1 must be closed for the release.
