[openssl-project] TLS 1.3 use stats

At the IETF last week, I showed the attached slide on TLS 1.3 adoption that we’ve seen.  It is with an open beta, where a small percentage of our customers enabled TLS 1.3  The connections/day is a small fraction of our daily traffic.  Both number of customers and connections are rounded off to a couple of percents of the totals.  But this is still interesting, I think.
