Taking some rest

I've more or less been typing around the clock since tuesday and
cranking out one commit or PR after the other at high pace...  with
very little reaction, so I think it's time I take a bit of rest and
let everyone catch up, comment (boo?) etc as you please.

Apart from a phone call with Matt tomorrow, I plan on being fairly
minimally present until Monday (just in case you find my responses
slow).
